Foot Reflexology Training Program

The Foot Reflexology Training Program covers the basics needed for entry level practice in the practice of foot reflexology practice. This program meets TDLR's standards of "​Other Massage Services". There is no clinical internship required to complete this program. You'll receive a Certificate of Excellence upon successful completion of the program.

Wellness Paradigms - 2hrs - Online
Intro to Anatomy & Physiology - 2hrs - Online
Intro to Pathology - 1hr - Online
Personalities and Communication in Wellness - 2hrs - Online
Intro to Zones & Reflex Points - 1 hr - Online
Ethics & Regulations - 1hr - Online
Hygiene & Sanitation I- 1hr - Online
Hygiene & Sanitation II - 1hr - In-person
Foot Reflexology Principles 1hr - Online
Foot Reflexology Technique - 8hrs - In-Person
Written Exams and Competency Evaluations required. ​

Materials Required: 
Note taking materials 
6 medium hand towels
6 body towels
Vinyl / Latex Med. Gloves
Small spray bottle. 
2 medium pillows w/ 8 pillow cases
Nail clippers & nail file (for self use)
Fingernails must be short length not past fingertips.

​Certificate of Completion
Upon successful completion of the program you will earn a Certificate of Completion in Foot Reflexology. 

*Reflexology is NOT the practice of Massage Therapy. All techniques used are specific to the practice of Traditional Zone/Meridian Therapies.
